Goal of the Activity

The aim of yoga is to ensure that one finds peace by providing spiritual and physical balance. The person practicing yoga begins to know himself, and as he gets to know himself and his body in depth, he catches the harmony of the universe. The basic philosophy of yoga is based on this principle. In this way, the person begins to have deep love for every living thing and the world. The person who practices yoga does not feel sorry for trivial meaningless things and does not wear himself. In short, with the harmony of mind and body, it integrates with the universe and is filled with vital energy.

Yoga (Sanskrit) is a word used to describe physical and mental disciplines originating in India.

The Sanskrit word yoga has many meanings; It is derived from the Sanskrit word "yuj" which means "to control", "to subdue" or "to unite." It can be translated as "meeting", "coming together", "union", "meeting" and "method".
