Goal of the Activity

 The goal of this activity was to show to the students a way how to stay healthy in this hard time even without the necessity to leave their house.


We chose the yoga lesson because we believe that yoga is the best way to maintain both physical and mental health. Anybody could join trough the zoom link and do some exercise with a professional instructor. Students could do something at the exact time but also remember it and try to repeat it later. All this online so that even people who were healthy but in quarantine could also join and do the exercise. 

By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
