Yoga is aimed at fully immersing yourself in the here and now, letting go of the worries of the past, and not worrying about the future. It includes breathing techniques, meditation, and stretches that help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Practicing yoga with mindfulness elements can help improve concentration, reduce anxiety symptoms, and promote an overall sense of well-being.
Description
A morning yoga practice outdoors to improve physical and mental health. Everyone is welcome to join.
This is a recurring event at ESN Lund. When the weather gets too cold, we'll move indoors to Hemgården, Lund.
