Relax and unwind with this peaceful yoga class series as we approach the end of this year. There is no better time to reflect, rejuvenate and commit to our well-being.

For the upcoming 5 weeks I invite you on an adventure of yogic experience. Each week is designed to focus on different aspects of well-being and hatha yoga principles that will help to guide you in your practise on and off the mat as you end this year on a peaceful note. πŸ•‰οΈ

Each class is based on hatha yoga practise and its principles. It is the foundation of all yoga styles, focuses on harmonising active and passive forces of the body, breath and mind. Through a series of gentle asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation, you will experience profound relaxation, improved flexibility, enhanced strength, and inner peace. It's suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, making it the perfect practice for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
