Goal of the Activity
Fausto Palumbo, VP Head of Talent at Nestlé Italia, talked about cultural diversity and social inclusion at the workplace in order to boost critical thinking about this theme. It was an opportunity to have an informal debate where personal experiences and different points of views were exchanged.
Description
This workshop was organized by "Yes Milano" in collaboration with Talents In Motion. All the Milanese ESN Sections fostered the partecipation among their volounteers and international students. The workshop started with Mr. Palumbo talking about his experience as Talent Manager and afterwards everyone could have shared their experience and thoughts.
The workshop took place online on a Google Meet.
