Since the topic was "Sustainability and the ecosystems of Protected Marine Areas, deepening and knowledge”, the main goal was to learn about the seas and the headlands of Capo Milazzo, have knowledge of history and marine sustainability and raise awareness about the importance of preserving the natural resources.
On the 12th and 13th of June, we had an unforgettable experience with our participants visiting the amazing Muma museum in Milazzo, Messina.
It is not just a conventional Museum of the sea, but it is an internal journey to find the balance in the relationship between the Man and the Sea and how these two are connected through Art and Science.
We also had the unique chance to learn more about a prehistoric creature, the sperm whale Siso and its close relationship with our environmental aspiration for this workshop.
This workshop was an amazing chance to instill a moment of reflection and growth for everyone, young and old.
