The goal of our events is to help students get to know the city and it's surroundings.
Also we want to bring them together to find new friends and get to know other cultures, for this we organize different events like parties, trips, sports events and many more.

You want to get into the absolute winter and christmas mood? Then this event is made for you! We are going to Mittenwald, a gorgeous little village in the starting area of the alps. After a not too high, but still not to underestimate hike through winter wonderland, we will warm up at Mittenwald's beautiful christmas market.
The hike will go to the Hoher Kranzberg, with hopefully a lot of snow along the way and beautiful views of the higher surrounding mountain tops. There is even wooden deckchairs on the mountain top to enjoy the views! On the way back, we hike alongside two beautiful lakes and finally a waterfall.

walking time (up&down): about 5-6h
difficulty: medium, it is a winter hike!
Note that because of winter season, really warm clothing and waterproof hiking shoes going over the ankles are mandatory! We expect to (hopefully) walk through snow in a mountain terrain.
Finally, to get warm again after this cold experience, we are going to visit Mittenwald's beautiful christmas market, which takes place only four days a year, before hitting the train back to Munich. The perfect start into your winter vacations!
