The goal of this activity was to help newly arriving international students feel welcomed and supported in Hradec Králové by immersing them in Czech culture and providing valuable resources and connections to enhance their experience.
The Welcome Presentation is an informative session for newly arriving international students in Hradec Králové. This event was all about immersing participants in Czech culture, exploring its traditions, and understanding the local lifestyle, while also promoting upcoming ESN events.
During the presentation, attendees received practical tips for navigating the city and making the most of their experience in the Czech Republic. They were provided with a comprehensive survival guide to help them feel at home right away.
We also made sure to create a sense of community by allowing space for other English-friendly organizations to represent themselves, offering newcomers additional resources and connections. This was a great opportunity for attendees to meet ESN members, ask questions, and engage with fellow newcomers.
