The goal of welcome month that took place at Xanthi was to bring the students of the erasmus program in contact with the city and also meet the students who study permanently in the city. To create a bond of communication and familiarity between them. Creating also the feeling that everyone participates with democratic processes in any activity.
Our meeting started in the square of Xanthi and there began the familiarization with the city. At the beginning we visited the lyceum of Greek women where we took a tour and saw traditional Greek and not only clothing. Then we had a surprise for the Erasmus students , which was their participation in traditional dances where they were taught by a qualified dance teacher. After that a map game was organized where students were divided into two teams of mixed students from both universities with the aim of finding a point on the map by speaking the Greek language with the help of the Greek students. In the end we took a walk in the local market with our final stop for rest and lunch at a restaurant and after that we returned home.
