Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity was to promote health-enhancing physical activity and to ensure that all the students can get to know each other and share common passions while practicing their favorite sports or new ones.
Description
On 08th of October 2023 we spent a full day at Torre Faro beach . The Erasmus and International students spent the sunny day chilling out, listening to music, reading, playing cards or just sunbathing. Others faced each other in a beach volley tournament or playing beach-soccer. We had lunch all together, sitting on the sand and admiring the sea landscape. At the end of the day, all agreed that they had so much fun but most of all they took a break from the daily stress filling their mind and body with healthy air of nature.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
