The primary goal of this orientation event is to facilitate a smooth transition for Erasmus students by introducing them to the ESN Anadolu community, fostering connections among students, and providing essential information about the upcoming semester.
The day began with concise presentations where each member of the ESN Anadolu team introduced themselves, providing an overview of our organization and the activities planned for the semester. The International Office also introduced themselves and distributed welcome packs containing essential information and resources to help students adapt to their new environment.
We encouraged each student to share a brief introduction, including the country they came from and one fun fact about themselves. This not only fostered connections among attendees but also created an open and inclusive atmosphere, supporting students’ personal development and peer learning.
After the informative sessions, we enjoyed a communal pizza meal, encouraging further networking and informal exchanges. The event was not just about sharing information; it aimed to inspire students to make the most of their Erasmus experience, promoting active participation, cultural exchange, and lifelong learning.
