Due to celebrating the 18th anniversary of Poland in the European Union ESN UAM Poznań created events that were connected by the theme of the EU. The goal was simple but important to be shown at that time. We wanted to remind people/students what are the values of the EU and how important we as citizens of the EU are important to the entirety and harmony of the EU.
5th of May 2022, 4 pm to 6:15 pm - The lecture - ‘The values of the EU start with us”
On the 5th of May, we held a lecture about the values of the EU. The lecture took place at the Radwański lecture hall at The Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University. The Ph. D Miłosz Malaga, who is a lecturer at that Faculty, presented the subject. In total 5 people attended that lecture ( all of them were from our section of the ESN).
8th of May 2022, 2 pm to 4 pm - City game in the city center of Poznań (9 stations)
On the 8th of May at 2 pm, we held the city game. The task was simple - the participants need to collect all of the countries of the EU (including GB). Later they could compete for the grand prize. In total 10 Erasmus students and Buddies competed in that game.
8th of May 2022, 4 pm to 8 pm - International Picnic at Cytadela, Poznań (spend time together, and the award of the winners of the city game)
On the 8th of May at 4 pm, we held an International Picnic at Cytadela. We had some games like bingo, volleyball and many other activities. We had wonderful weather and atmosphere at the picnic. At the peak moment, around 60 people attended our picnic (but it could be more than that).
