This workshop wants to enhance soft skills of Erasmus students in Cluj-Napoca, in order to have a strong list of personal skills and a better inside on the requirements of the job markets.

Description

Soft skills play an important role when you think of résumé writing, interviewing, job performance and finding success in communicating with people at work and in other areas of your life.

This mysterious kind of skills are often innate personality traits, you already possess several marketable soft skills that will help you get and be successful in a job. So don't worry the force is in you! Though many are formed with your personality, soft skills can also be learned and developed with practice and experience. Here are a few examples of key soft skills and how those skills can enhance your performance during and after the job search process: analytical thinking, creativity, complex problem-solving, leadership.
