The goal of the activity was to show international students the beauty of a little village near L'Aquila, making them having fun while canoeing on one of the clearest river in Europe
We took a bus from L'Aquila to Capestrano, where an English guide was waiting for us. We divided into 2 small groups of 15 people, while the first group was doing a canoe trip on Tirino river, the other one was exploring the path near the river. We did an hour of canoe, accompanied by some expert guides, and one hour of trekking, where the guide explained us all the typical plants and flowers in Tirino and the history of the village. The activity was held in the morning, around 4 we finished the activity, had lunch, we relaxed with the guys and then at 6 pm we came back home.
