Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity was to show the International Students the hidden cultural gems in our city, especially those that are free for students: we created a group of people with diverse backgrounds sharing an interest in culture, and we showed them some of the museums they can access for free with their student card.
Description
The activity consisted of a series of events: we called it "A Thursday at the Museum" so that International students would perceive it as a weekly appointment. We had the first visit at the Botanical Garden, and the second one at Palazzo Blu, a museum of Pisa that was hosting an exhibition about the Macchiaioli. Both the event were presented by our Volunteers, who offered themselves as guides of the museums.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
