Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity was to let our Erasmus students hold a presentation about a national holiday of their country.
Description
Biblioteca Internazionale "Ilaria Alpi" organizes every year a seminar about Thanksgiving, inviting American students from Boston College and Pitzer College to talk about this holiday. We got asked if we could invite some international students to talk about their national holidays, and we accepted. Our erasmus participants got to get to know more about this American tradition and could share some aspects about their own culture by describing a national holiday in their country.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
