Goal of the Activity
To foster new relationships and strengthen the existing relationships between the members, the inclusion of Newbies in the collective
Description
During the last October weekend, the section teambuilding was performed. The members were supposed to gather and were supposed to participate in teambuilding activities. During the weekend, we had special guests who prepared some workshops about improvements and skills that members can gain in ESN, gain knowledge about the ESN possibilities and ESN structure on a local level. Also, the newbies are supposed to be included in the team and to get to know each other. The sports activities are either included in the programme.
