The goal of this teambuilding is to get each other more and motivate new members to stay in our section.
At the end of the semester we were happy to welcome some new members in our section. We organized this teambuilding to make them familiar within each other, with the current active members and motivated them to the next semester.
We had a picnic on a fresh air in Rieger's park. After that we continued with the teambuilding in our office. We played a couple of ice-breaking games to get to know each other better and shared our experiences and stories from our Erasmus exchanges. We explained the new members the functioning of our section, some of them came up with some new ideas for next semester's events.
We also celebrated the end of another succesful semester of our section and the board of 2023-24 officially handed over their positions to newly elected members, whose mandate started the day after the event.
