Because we really want to make sure our volunteers get every chance to bond and share the very best experiences, we believe that a good old ESN Cluj-Napoca style Teambuilding is due 📢

You're gonna get the chance to assist to trainings and workshops facilitated by our beloved volunteers and board members from ESN, get to see a glimpse of the National side of our NGO and, of course, experience parties in the ESN way 🥳
You want to know more about the Agenda? We will have various intersting workshops delivered by our lovely volunteers such as: Public Speaking, Prejudice in Intercultural Dialogue, Conflict Managmend and Teamwork.
Since we love to have fun together we are having workshops about Romanian Traditional Dances and also about Spanish dances, ESN talks will give you the chance to express yourself and of course we will finish the weekend with an amazing Karaoke Night!
