Type of activity
Goal of the Activity
The main objective of the activity was the exchange of cultures through typical dishes from different regions. In addition, a more sustainable cuisine was promoted by recommending vegan and vegetarian recipes.
Description
The activity consisted of each student or group of students bringing a typical dish from their country. Participants were asked to bring their own cutlery and plates and biodegradable plates were purchased for those who could not bring them from home. Finally a competition was held and prizes were awarded to the 3 best dishes.
