To give international students the opportunity to:
- Discover many curiosities about sustainable fashion
- Learn how to knit or crochet their own clothes
- Join a clothes swap party
Participants join the event in a local partner café. Firstly, there is an info point aimed to explain the problems that fast fashion poses. Then, a volunteer from Padova municipality's Youth Office holds knitting workshops. Personelle from Padova municipality's European Office (Spazio Europa) will take the occasion to inform the participants about mobility and volunteering programs in Europe. This is followed by a crochet workshop held by an ESN Padova volunteer. Lastly, participants can engage in a clothes swap party with the possibility to choose to donate the unpicked pieces of clothing to charity.
