The aim of the event was to show international students Cagliari's beaches that are inaccessible on foot, in order to highlight the importance of respecting nature and the environment by reducing the human footprint.
The goal was also to promote physical and mental well-being through outdoor activities (such as sup tour and beach sports).
During the activity, a sup tour was conducted starting from Poetto beach to several beaches inaccessible on foot. A short stop was then made at a beach to get a better view of the natural landscape and crystal clear water away from the main beach. Participants then returned to the shore and met other ESN members and international students who did not participate in the sup tour but played different sports on the beach (beach volley, football, spikeball, ultimate frisbee,..). The two groups then spent the rest of the morning and afternoon together on the beach.
