Goal of the Activity
- Organized by our sections IRO, the orientation day aimed to welcome new international and Erasmus students and provide them with essential information about academic and social life at the university. With the hopes of creating a smooth transition into their new environment by offering guidance on administrative processes, campus resources, and cultural adaptation.
- We hoped to promote a sense of belonging and engagement within the international student community.
Description
Was an informative and interactive event designed to help new international students settle into university life with confidence. It was organized by the International Relations Office, this event provided a comprehensive overview of academic expectations, campus facilities, and student services.
Attendees participated in engaging sessions on topics such as visa regulations, healthcare, student organizations, and cultural adjustment. The event also included campus tours, icebreaker activities, and a Q&A session with experienced students and university staff.
