Help attendees make new friends and get to know people of other cultures and of course, have a lot of fun doing it.
For the speedfriending, two long tables are placed in the room with question prompts placed on the table after every couple of chairs. Attendees will be asked to get to know their opposite neighbor for 5 minutes before moving to the right and starting again. After about ~6 rounds, we ask attendees to make groups of max 6 people and write down a team name on a piece of paper to start the pubquiz. The pubquiz theme was “all around the world” with different rounds of questions based on continents, 4 rounds and one bonus round were given. At the end, the team with the most points won a sharing bag of sweets and a pack of stroopwafels.
