Raising awareness of the situation of the Mar Menor in Cartagena
The volunteers used a power point to explain the situation of the Mar Menor to the Erasmus students. For some years now, the Mar Menor has been suffering from pollution and signatures have been collected and demonstrations have been organised to save and repopulate the area of the natural environment.
Then, through the song sol y sal, a hymn to the minor sea sung by local artists such as Nunatak together with rozalén and other singers, we shared this moment with the students.
To see if they had understood everything, we did a true and false in groups, and at the same time we showed them the before and after as well as the new rights of the minor sea.
They organised themselves in groups to discuss what they thought were the causes.
