Except classical big teambuildings in our sections we find important the small teambuildings as well. Some members don’t have time for the whole weekend (big teambuilding comes hand in hand with lots of preparations), so we try to organize at least 1 event per month. Except that we have short meetings every Monday followed by chilling in Panda Point (our favourite, reconstructed office).
During the semester, we organized several smaller teambuildings - trips in Brno, chilling in Panda Point, guitar jam, volleyball, football, board games, BBQs. As part of teambuildigs we are also going to clean up the area around dormitories and places where we organise BBQs.
People during these activities meet their friends in ESN, but also alumni, chat with them, share their stories. These teambuildings are also important for us to get to know with new members, keep up to date.
