Winter is here and you know what that means - it's skiing time!
As you should know by now, Austria is known for having great slopes. Therefore, skiing is the Austrian national sport and a part of the culture.
On the 8th of January we are going to Hochkar a skiing resort with 8 lifts and 20 slopes. Great way to finish off the Christmas Holidays, right? (University starts back on the 9th).
This event is intended literally for everyone. For non-experienced as much as experienced skiers, for the ones who could not go to the Alps, or the ones who want more time on the slopes.
It will be a full day event and one of the most memorable events of your exchange in Austria. And for only 70€ (with the ESN card), it is a super good price and includes transportation. Skiing is usually way more expensive than that.
When: Sunday, 08.01.2023 from 6:00 to 20:15 (skiing time from ~9.00 - 17:00)

Bring: Happiness and ski clothes (not included in the rental). I would recommend asking friends or willhaben.at (second hand).
Recommendation: We recommend booking the ski course if you have never skied before.
Skis: If you do have your pair of skis with you in Austria, bring them, we will have space in the bus. If you do not, don't worry, you can rent it when signing up.
