ESN is organizing a short, budget ski trip to Åre, Sweden’s largest ski resort. It is the biggest ski resort in Sweden and accessible by train from Lund. Åre offers all levels of slopes, whether you are a beginner or advanced there are slopes waiting for you to enjoy. Experience the Swedish winter, explore the country and skiing culture by joining us!
We will go to Åre’s ski resort by train, stay at the mountain cottages there and spend 2 days skiing from morning until late in the evening. Those who are interested can go to après ski in the nights. On the first morning we will arrange getting our ski passes and equipment rented, which will be pre-booked. This will have to be returned on the final day of skiing, and the next day we will have a free day to visit the surroundings or have a day trip to Norway.
The cottages are equipped with bedrooms, bathrooms, dining room, a sauna and a hot tub. We relax near the fireplace after a long day and enjoy our time all together as a group there.
