The goal of this activity was to create a relaxed and creative space where international students could express themselves through painting while socializing. Through this informal and artistic gathering, we aimed to encourage cultural exchange, build friendships, and offer a stress-free environment for self-expression and community bonding.
The Sip & Paint event took place at Heavy Yard, a cozy and artsy venue in Bucharest, on the evening of November 20th. The setting created the perfect relaxed atmosphere for students to unwind after a long day. Surrounded by fairy lights, music, and the clinking of glasses, participants enjoyed drinks while exploring their artistic side with paint and brushes. Canvases, paints, and all materials were provided, so everyone could focus on creativity and having fun. The event was not only about painting, but also about connecting with others, sharing stories, and making new friends. Whether someone came alone or with a group, they left with great memories and their own little work of art to take home.
