Having our own singing mini-concert for cultural enrichment and improving the community feeling within the Erasmus students
The singing competition is one of the creative activities in the ESN Sofia Erasmus Olympic Games.
Competition format
For this event, we got inspired by famous singing TV shows like "The Voice" and "X factor" for the format. We had one of our volunteers as the main musical judge as he had the needed musical experience. One of us was the host for the competition who asked some ice-breaking questions to our singers on the stage before they started singing.
During the competition
The participants took turns singing their best songs in front of a live audience (their friends and other Erasmus students and volunteers). After the end of their singing, they also had the chance to sing informally together in front of their friends and fans. As any good concert goes, if your audience wants more songs, you give them more songs
After the competition
The judge will tell to ESN Sofia who is the best singer and that student will be crowned the winner of the Singing competition. He will also receive his rewards at the ESN Sofia Gala night in December.
All the collected entrance fees and donations from the separate Olympic disciplines will be donated to charity (foster home)
