Some info about the tutor:
The tour guide will be Patrick Bösch, a certified Wild Edible Plants Expert and Mushroom Identification Expert. He has been holding courses in Seaweed, Edible Plant and Mushroom Foraging since 2021. In 2022 he also started with part-time harvesting of wild edible plants for a company in Trøndelag that supplies them to the top restaurants in Norway. Patrick has been interested in the bounty that nature can offer us for a long time, and tries to incorporate harvest into his own diet.
