Goal of the Activity

The goal of the Beach Cleaning project, organized by ESN in Athens during the Sea Days festivities of the Municipality of Piraeus, is to promote environmental awareness and social responsibility among Erasmus students. By cleaning Votsalakia Beach, the project aims to ensure a clean and safe environment for all beachgoers while fostering a sense of community and cooperation. This initiative also seeks to enhance the Erasmus experience by involving students in meaningful, impactful activities that benefit the local environment.

The rising temperature can only mean one thing: let’s go to the beach! But a clean beach is necessary for an enjoyable beach day.
So to ensure a clean and safe environment, we need your help. With the support of the municipality of Piraeus, we want you to join us on our beach cleaning.
