Goal of the Activity
Present to high school students a brief history of the European Union, explaining how it works (its main institution and the advantage of having a European citizenship), and introducing all kind of mobility project they can apply to once they graduate. We invited an au-pair girl to tell her experience.
Description
We were supposed to present in front of two fifth grade high school classes (around 50 people). Unfortunately, the students were not intersted at all and they were very rude. They kept chatting despite our volunteer was talking, and at the end we had to interrupt the event aerlier because nobody was listening. However, some students asks some questions to our volunteer after the presentation.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
