Goal of the Activity

The goal of this activity was to share the values and impact of volunteering within the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) at an international cultural event. By participating in the Salone Internazionale del Libro di Torino, the aim was to promote intercultural dialogue, showcase youth engagement in mobility programs, and highlight how volunteering can foster personal growth and cross-cultural understanding.

Description

The activity consisted of a talk titled “Voices of the World: Words, Cultures, Connections”, organized by EDISU Piemonte in collaboration with ESN Torino during the Salone Internazionale del Libro di Torino. Two ESN volunteers shared their experiences and insights about volunteering in the Erasmus Student Network, emphasizing how the organization connects people from different backgrounds and promotes personal and professional growth. The session served as a platform to reflect on the impact of intercultural communication and the importance of youth participation in international communities.
