Goal of the Activity
The goal of Russian Movie Night was to introduce exchange students to the modern Russian cinema and provide them with some background knowledge about the events shown in the movie.
Description
One of the coordinators - Veronica (ESN member) - provided participants with information on the director of the movie as well as gave a lecture on the events depicted in the movie, focusing on historical, ciltural, and contextual details taht were important for understanding the film's contents. After that, participants watched the film itself - "Leto" by Kirill Serebrennikov.
