Goal of the Activity
As the name of the event suggests, its main goal was to reconnect the organisation's volunteers after more than a year of pandemic conditions. We sought to build bridges between them through a wide range of sports, social, and environment-oriented activities, thus consolidating our human resource base and getting our needed dose of motivation.
Description
Volunteers had the chance to meet their friends at the seaside, get to know new people and have plenty of fun. Among the activities prepared were:
👉 Team-building games and challenges;
👉 Colour battle on the shores of the Black Sea;
👉 Beach olympics;
👉 Fireside chats and bonding time;
👉 Beach cleaning, followed by a workshop about how to properly collect and dispose of waste.
