Goal of the Activity
Learn how to make a classic Pizza Margherita during a 2-hour workshop with a local Italian chef as your guide. After learning, put on your best apron and enjoy the pizza you made with your friends.
Description
The experience is divided into several stages:
Introduction of the history and characteristics of wheat
History of the various products of excellence and differences between them
Show cooking with two teams of pizza makers PIZZĂ€-Gastronomic Identities
Personalised experience of pizza making, stuffing and baking
Conviviality time in which we will eat OUR pizzas and talk about the event, where any doubts or questions can be raised.
