raising awareness on issues relating to nature and pollution, addressing them with a whole day in a park
The day began at one of the main entrances, where the meeting point had been set. We then set up camp in an area chosen specifically to avoid disturbing other visitors and to minimize our impact on the surrounding environment, especially considering the large number of participants.
Throughout the day, we enjoyed a variety of simple, low-impact activities such as card games, conversations about environmental issues, ball games, music, and dancing. These activities encouraged social interaction without generating waste or requiring additional resources.
A key moment of the event was the collective discussion on sustainability, during which participants shared reflections on eco-friendly habits, local environmental challenges, and ways to reduce our ecological footprint during group activities and daily life.
The highlight of the day came when the ESN Napoli staff arrived with a dozen pizzas to share with all attendees. The food was distributed in a mindful way to reduce waste, and recycling stations were set up to ensure proper disposal of packaging.
