Goal of the Activity
Introducing the students to the work of volunteers at the Dog Shelter and teach them about work with dogs
Description
The students where introduced to the goals of the Onlus and shown the Dog Shelter. They were told the stories of some of the dogs they hosted, and were then given the chance to take some of the dogs for a walk. They also learnt more about how to communicate effectively with the animals and about the volunteer's work at the Shelter. They also did some dog training activity guided by the organizers.
