Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity was to show the Erasmus some of the main attractions of Parma territory: Torrechiara's Castle, Parmesan cheese, Lambrusco wine and Parma ham
Description
ESN ASSI Parma takes its Erasmus to the discovery of the flavours of the Parma territory in a unique trip.
During this trip they had the possibility to discover the production of the king of cheeses, the ""Parmigiano- Reggiano"", the magnificent and inimitable ""Prosciutto di Parma"" and visit one of the most important vineyard on the hillside of the most beautiful castle in the province: the Castle of Torrechiara.
