Painting with flowers with ESN UAM Poznań

Last week, together with the international students, we went to the meadow to collect colourful flowers, from which we then created small, eco-friendly masterpieces. Each person taking part was encouraged to let their imagination run wild and incorporate elements of nature into their individual artistic process. In this way, we spent pleasant moments together communing with nature, which resulted in a significant reduction in stress levels among those involved, so important during the intensive session period. Thanks to the event, participants different countries, including those from outside Europe, were also able to learn about the biodiversity of plants found in urban areas in Poland.
