Improving the Daily Walking Activity


Red zone... Here we go again, back to the lonely nights along with pizzas, beers, snacks, sushis, and for the lucky ones lasagnes and carbonaras, which all put a bit of joy in this hard time as we do nothing but going back and forth from the fridge to the sofa or the bed...

Then we face the mirror to say "I need to exercise" but still nothing much as changed.

We all know how difficult is to find the motivation to exercise, but what if we propose a solution that could be funny, stimulating, productive and healthy?

We’ve created through “pacer app” a challenge that will last 10 days, at the end of it the one who has made the most footsteps will win a prize...!
