Goal of the Activity

This event aligns with ESN’s causes of Culture, Social Inclusion, and Environmental Sustainability by providing a space for international students to connect, share cultural traditions, and embrace creativity. Through the art of origami and informal discussions, participants explore mindfulness, develop artistic skills, and build meaningful relationships within the Erasmus community. The event also encourages sustainable practices by promoting the use of reusable cups and mindful consumption. By fostering a sense of belonging and relaxation, this gathering supports students’ mental well-being and cross-cultural exchange in a stress-free setting.
