The goal of the activity was to bring our Erasmus students to Teatro Regio in Parma, one of the most famous theater in Italy, to see the opera "il Trovatore" by Giuseppe Verdi.
We emailed the theater staff to reserve 40 spots for our event. The tickets costed 5€ because there was an offer for people under 30 years of age. Once the theater gave us the confirmation of the reservation, we created the Google form for the event (since it was the first event of the Welcome Days, few people knew how to use Jupiter, so we decided to let them register for the event through a Google form), we wrote a small description and the Communication Manager included the event in the weekly newsletter for the Erasmus students. The communication committee also made graphics to advertise the event on Instagram. We collected the registrations and the payments, bought the tickets, and went to the event that night.
