Who are we? What do we do? Who are your buddies actually? Who are the people behind everything?
These are the questions that gets answered on Office Day with the participation of the International Relation Ship Office!
The day started with a detailed Tandoğan Campus tour which is the main campus of Ankara University. The main campus has plenty of opportunities such as an olympic swimming pool, gym, library, lot of cafes etc. Here in this campus is also our IRO, Erasmus Office located.
Before the meeting every inch of the campus was shown to the participants. Afterwards, the meeting started at one of the salons of the Erasmus Office.
Before enterting he salon every participant was given their welcome bags and student certificates whcih will be needed when they'll apply for the residence permit.
The meeting strarted with the IRO introducing themselves. Relevant information such as, wifi passwords, Turkish course registiration was given.
After their prensentation it was time for ESN!
Each Local Board and Board Support introduced themselves with presentations. After the introducing part, the volunteers had a small presentation about what ESN is. Before the fun part came relevant information about the residence permit was given. It was told that the needed documents will be provided in the groupchat. As last the presentations ended with interactive Ankara101.
As the day came to an end the volunteers and participants went out for a good dinner.
