During a 4 day period a campaing has been developed between the Communication team and the Social Impact team of ESN UCM in Instagram Stories
Day 1:
- Introduction of the Well-being and health week
- Sharing recipes: Breakfast recipes all of them whole foods plant based
Day 2:
- Sharing recipes: Main course recipes all of them whole foods plant based
Day 3:
- Sharing recipes: Desserts' recipes all of them whole foods plant based
- Question box for the next day's Direct on IG
Day 4:
- Live Stream on IG discussing Nutrition:
- Do we have a healthy relationship with food? Debunking our parents' miths
- The Realfooding movement: Pros and Cons
- Mental health: coping with food vs when "eating clean" becomes a problem
