The goal of the Nordic Dip is to introduce participants to a unique and invigorating Scandinavian tradition of cold-water swimming, offering an opportunity for students to experience the thrill of a Nordic winter ritual in a safe and fun environment.

Join us on 14 April for an exhilarating dive into the waters of Aarhus Ø Harbour Bath.
Whether you're a seasoned dipper or a first-timer, this event is all about fun, camaraderie, and setting the perfect tone for the semester ahead!
Here's what you need to know:
Location: Aarhus Ø Harbour Bath
Time: We kick things off at 9:30 am sharp - please arrive on time!
Amenities: We've got changing rooms, showers, and guess what... DOUBLE SAUNA ACTION!
Food: Feel free to bring your favorite snacks or treats to share. And if you run out, no worries – there are food stands nearby. We'll also provide Coffee, Tea, and cozy Blankets for everyone.
Newcomers and seasoned dippers, everyone is welcome to join the fun!
