During this Netflix night, we will watch the first episode of the series “Atypical”. The series revolves around 18-year-old Sam Gardner from Connecticut who has diagnosed autism spectrum disorder. With the help of his therapist, his friend Zahid and his family, he tries to find his way into a more independent life.
The dramedy invites us to think about autism and the stereotypes and prejudices that exist about it. We look forward to watching the first episode with you and to talking about it afterwards on Discord!
