ESN Bulgaria hosted another international event - this time the National Boards' Training in summer in the beautiful city of Burgas. The main aim of the event is to train the National Boards across the Network and get more knowledge and skills on how to make their National Organisations stronger. Also, the event was a great opportunity for teambuilding both for international participants and local volunteers.
The National Boards' Training is a three-day training event, focused on knowledge transfer, exchange of good practices and upgrading the skills of more experienced volunteers at ESN. It is crucial to have well-trained members of the National Boards because they will be the leaders of the volunteers in more than 40 countries and the ones responsible for promoting the Erasmus+ programme.
