The main objective of the event is to promote the practice of a healthy lifestyle and intercultural understanding, cooperation and inclusion behaviors, having the competition as the main activity.
During the event, activities were also developed to make participants more aware of important topics such as gender balanced participation in sports, as well as the practice of Adapted Sports through interactive activities.
The purpose of the competition is for the winner to represent ESN Romania at the International Erasmus Games.
It’s also an opportunity for ESN Romania and its associated local members to create new partnerships and strengthen relationships with already existent ones.
The Erasmus National Games are generally a three-day national event, held in Constanta, which consists mainly of a sports competition between teams representing ESN Romania’s local sections together with cultural and social programme activities. This time, the events was shortened to a day, decision made after noticing the low number of participants involved.
The event aims to promote the practice of sports and healthy behaviors and lifestyle, while fostering intercultural understanding and raising awareness for gender equality and adapted sports.
The main organizer of the event is the local section ESN Constanta, supported by a national organizing committee and staff composed of members of the different local sections, with the supervision and support of the National Events Manager and the rest of the National Board.
Our very important partners are the Sports Faculty and the Erasmus Office of the ”Ovidius” University.
The participant sections were ESN Bucharest, as one delegation, ESN Targu-Mures and ESN Constanta
